Management committee

VSO Bahaginan is organized in three operational groups. The managers of each group, together with the executive director, comprise the management committee.

The management committee is the main decision-making group in managing Bahaginan programs and staff. It takes joint responsibility for the work of VSO Bahaginan and leads in the implementation of policies, achievement of business unit objectives and setting of employment terms and conditions for staff.

VSO Federation

VSO Bahaginan forms part of the VSO Federation, together with other independent members located in Kenya (Jitolee), Netherlands, Ireland and the UK. As a member, VSO Bahaginan contributes resources, particularly volunteers and funds, to help the federation maximize its contribution to tackling poverty.
